Smartware Technologies offers a variety of testing services that can be customized to provide the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients.  Services can be performed at your site or at our testing facility.

Our services and solutions include:

• Training - Smartware Technologies currently offers two training courses:                                                                                  SmartTest Implementation - Effective use and implementation of SmartTest (1/2 Day).                                                                     Ambiguity Reviews - Perform Ambiguity reviews against your functional specifications to improve the quality of requirements by making them deterministic, unambiguous, correct, and complete (1 Day).  Free Ambiguity review tool included!

• Test Data Design - We can provide optimized test cases for manual and/or automated testing efforts based upon your functional requirements specifications. 

• Assessment - A comprehensive evaluation of your current testing practices such as test documentation, test policies, strategies, and test plans.

• Process Improvement - Recommendations and guidelines for improving your companies testing processes.  These can include: Management, Test Specification, Test Execution and Test Automation.

• Documenting - Producing example and draft test documentation as a "jump start" to more effective testing.  This can be for technical documents or management level reports.

• Mentoring - We will work along side your staff, guiding and coaching them through the use of modern testing practices.
